Once order form is filled and confirmed, we assumed that you have READ and ACCEPT the TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Items not paid for within 24hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without prior notice.
All apparel/items available are brand new and imported.
Regret to inform that we do not offer self-collection, meet-ups or trades.
Bon Voyage reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any given time.
Exchange Policy
Regret to inform that we do not entertain refunds at all.
Our Exchange Policy is only applicable under circumstances where we have sent out defective or grossly misinterpreted item.
All items to be returned must be done so within 7 working days.
Should we find that item returned is not defective as mentioned, it will be sent back and all postage will be borne by the customer.In such case, postage to have the item sent back to us will not be refunded and customer will have to top up to have the item returned.
Kindly note that the cost of envelope will not be refunded. Hence, you may choose to re-use the envelope the item was originally packed.
All exchange will only be done with item under its original, unwashed and unworn conditions.
You may opt for a different item of the same price should you selected item gone out of stock.
