3. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail informing on the total amount to be paid, payment instructions and availability of the item(s) you ordered.
4. We will try to reply your e-mail within 24 hours. However, if you do not hear from us within the stated time frame, do contact us again as there may been technical problems.
5. Please make your payment as soon as possible upon receiving confirmation e-mail. Delays in payment could result in the item being sold to other customers.
6. Items not paid for within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
7. Please note that purchases based on First Come First Served Basis and we regret to inform that we are not able to reserve any item due to limited quantity. Kindly note that only serious buyers will be entertained and any backout buyer and fake customers will be blacklisted.
8. All sales are final and regret to inform that goods sold are not refundable and exchangeable.
